I have had the most success by having chicken w/ large cucumber lunch; then for dinner fish or chicken w/any veggie. Then I eliminate the fruits, instead having 2 extra servings of proteins for snacks. Also, I eliminate the grissini and have 1/2 cup of skim milk in my coffee throughout the day.
I also use TRUVIA (I know it's not really allowed). If I am craving sweets I will have strawberries dipped in truvia.
Also, if I am in a social situation where people are drinking (and I have no will power to abstain), I will nurse one vodka with club soda. If I go to a restaurant I always get a dry ceasar salad, no croutons, no dressing w/ grilled chicken or shrimp.
