Perhaps its water...
Today I skipped and I actually increased my water intake. So hopefully that helps some.
I spent most of the day not hungry. Not until 7:30 did I get really hungry even though I ate a late afternoon snack.

I haven't had shrimp in a long time so thats not it.

I'll go on 150 tomorrow. I hope that helps!
