Thanks so much I really appreciate it. I upped it from 6 drops 6 times a day to 7 drops 6 times a day and I will see how that works. Do you think I need to do it a different way? Also instead of holding them for 3 minutes I will hold them for 4 minutes. If I am still hungry today I will switch to the new ones tomorrow. I love this forum for this exact reason, If this forum was not here, and you were not here I would have quit last night.
Just about the HHCG drops with regards to losing potency, is it 12-15 weeks after opening or 12-15 weeks after manufacture?
