Thanks All,

I'm on vlcd day 42. My dose has been solid at 175iu (no hunger) for 2 rounds but yesterday/today I got really hungry. Almost famished at times. Been having some lightheaded issues and weakness. I don't think I'm at immunity I just think my body is spent. I think I'll up my proteins like you said if things get bad. Thank you for the comments!
