Default Fresh yellowfin (ahi) tuna?
I have read lots of questions on this forum about tuna, but they almost always deal with canned tuna.

We catch a lot of tuna offshore (yellowfin, or you might call it ahi). It has 30 calories, .2 g of fat, 6.6 g of protein and almost no cholesterol or sodium per ounce. I am curious if anyone has ever eaten fresh tuna on P2?

I am not going to eat dolphin (mahi-mahi) even though we catch a lot and some in the freezer, as it is high in cholesterol. But I surely am going to miss my fresh tuna.
