I ate a yellowfin steak early in my round with no issues. It's been said that the reason it's not on the original protocol is that tuna back in Dr S's day was only available canned in oil, so it was an automatic no-no. I think it's fine now as a steak, and some people do canned in water with no problems. Maybe try it out for one meal and keep an eye on the scale to see if it trips you up, but I don't really see an issue with it. I tend to be a bit rogue anyway, but I've still had great losses so far!
