I have eaten 4 oz of sushi grade yellowfin as a protein portion in P2. I sear it and make a wasabi sauce. Then make a cucumber salad on the side with rice wine vinegar, dill, lemon juice, and a bit of stevia. It's a P2 friendly version of this http://hcg-diet-journey.blogspot.com...ber-salad.html. If you mix veggies you could do the original recipe without the oil.
