Oh Beth, that sounds great! I would usually have tuna or dolphin 3 times a month or so (more in the summer after we have gone fishing and it's fresh). I love it seared, grilled, blackened chunks over salad, and - omg this is terrible - cut in chunks, battered and deep fried! Haven't done that in years though; that was when we were young and didn't know any better.
Ok, then, I will try it and see how it goes!
