I'm R1P2VLCD3, so I loaded just a couple days before you! I'm SO SO glad that I found this forum. Don't think I could do this without it! And the recipes are a HUGE help! I made chili tonight, and it was GREAT!!! I think I'm going to make a big batch tomorrow and put individual servings in the freezer, maybe some with chicken and some with beef.
