So funny how everyone's body responds differently, my best loss days on R1 were beef days. And my best best loss days were beef/veal days. I cook my fish on the stovetop in a ceramic frying pan. I make sure to pat all liquid off them before putting them in the pan. Start to develop a nice crust on each side then I sprinkle on the seasonings. My fave is cajun seasoning (make sure there is no added sugar) and then as they are finishing cooking I add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. YUM!
