1. I have completed 2 Phase 2s each of 40 days.
2. First round lost 25 pounds, second round lost 20 pounds
3. I mixed myself with the bac water.
4. 125 IU
5. Always in my thighs (both rounds)
6. Was never physically hunger on either round.
7. Never cheated on either round and never went over calorie limit
8. Yes, just walking (30 minutes/day) in nice weather (live in MT) and my usually cleaning, etc.
9. First day on each round after taking injection got a headache, drank plenty of water and it went away. Felt sick the first days of loading due to the crap I was forcing into my body.
10. Nothing. It is a miracle diet and I'm so glad I found HCG.
