I contacted the company I get my patches from. They said because the patch isn't injested it doesn't fall under the FDA guidelines, so they will not have any problems. They work just like hhcg it's just a different mode of delivery. So for all those who do hhcg...don't worry! It will be fine. From my experience the patches work as well if not better then the hhcg drops. Also sometimes they just like to "scare" us because it limits selling. Like eBay taking it off their site.
