Hello All,

I stopped taking my drops and have remained on the VLCD for the past 48hours... Well 46 hours to be exact. I posted this question in P3 but also wanted to post here.. Since I stopped drops mid day on tuesday, does this mean that my 48 hours ends today at the same time? Can I have P3 food for dinner? will it make me gain??
