Default Does Carb sensitivity change with rounds?
So I have been frustrated, because it seems I am super carb sensitive. I also feel bad, because I did not really believe other people when they said how bad it is. I was wondering if I did another round would there be a chance i would get less sensitive? I eat a salsa with sugar as the 8th ingredient, and I gain a pound. I eat a side of pasta, and gain 1-2 pounds. Things I could absolutely eat before like qdoba no tortilla. I gain 1.5 pounds from. I know it might partially be because i am smaller than before, but it feels like it is out of control. This was 4 months into P4.

I would be ok with gaining sometimes from carbs, or if I binged or ate a piece of cake or a brownie. But I don't do that, and I gain. I have been able to stay in an acceptable weight by eating mainly meat and cheese and a few vegetables, but staying under 30 carbs a day.

Until I started this round I was doing Lepton reset. Huge breakfast lots of protein, and a lunch and an early dinner. No snacking no eating after 5 pm. Only on days that I ate out 1-2 times a week would I eat any carbs. I was even afraid to eat sugarless Ice Cream or Candy.

So I started a new round 4 days ago, but I am starting to lose confident in this diet. Not because of weight loss, because that is proven. It is easy to lose weight on HCG, but because gaining it back so easy after with very little carbs sucks. Hoping that my carb sensitivity will be different, because I am eating the melba this time, and 1-2 fruits a day. Last time I cut out 1-2 fruits a day, and did not eat Melba.

So the question I have is did anyone have different levels of carb sensitivity after different rounds? Like were you able to eat more carbs some rounds and not gain than others? And if so is there anything you think you might have done differently those rounds?
