I am taking the above named brand..bottle says 15 drops 3 x day.

I am hungary and sitting here eating pretzels as we speak. Is this a decent brand of HCG or am I just not going to make it on this diet? P.S. I weight 193 and am 5'9..

ANy help in dosage will be so appreciated. I am desperate to lose my fat, but am feeling like I am wasting money. Drops are not helping my hungar. I have been on this program now for a week.

Am holding under tongue for 2-3 minutes...do not eat 30-45 minutes after drops.

Tried taking drops every 8 hrs.

Then changed to before meals....not working either. Please help. I am getting so depressed about my last hope to lose weight. How do i keep my will power strong to do this diet?
