Default Can you lose too fast?
Hi~ I have just recently started the HGC program, LIW was 326 and I'm male
I am trying to do everything right, sticking strictly to the list of allowed foods.
I am not having a single hunger issue or craving as of yet. I feel full just to reach the 500 calories, and snacks.

In the first 2 days of the VLCD I lost 4.4 lbs and 7.2 pounds. Is it normal to have a large drop at the start?
