ACTUALLY kc2011 - what are you finding so difficult?? Do you have hunger? If so, that's a dosing problem and can be corrected. Just because something gets difficult it doesn't mean you throw in the towel without even trying to fix it for gosh sakes. What issues are you running into that's making this protocol so unbearable?? Yes, some increase calories - BUT - they are working out or at goal or skipping fruits and grissinis. At a minimum you really need to stay on hCG for 23 days to prevent quick weight gain afterwards.
