I am 62...(or will be on Oct 28) Nothing has worked for me in years.Iam taking hcg drops three times a day....I am not hungry. It helps if you get a mind set on where you want to be ....three weeks from now or two months from now....there are so many knowledgeable people on this site that will help you; and encourage you.
