THis gal has all kinds of alternate flour recipes using almond or coconut flour on her website. I got my almond flour from the one she recommended. It was the cheapest I could find and I still have most of it. I made the mug cake nearly every day and I still have tons of the 5 pound bag I have. There are other recipes there of interest too.
