LL, I am slowly increasing my calories. First two days I did about 800-1100 with the eggs. Then Sun/Mon I was up to about 1000-1300. Yesterday I think I hit 1400. I need to get to 2000 but I'm doing like Grammy suggested, slowly. I'm sticking to mainly p2 foods (just larger serving sizes) as I test for food allergies and introduce new things. I'm afraid to add too much new stuff, then I'll have to redo and figure what hurt me. I looked back and I did have 600 calories of mozz. Looking back, I knew it was a lot then but thought it would be ok since it was in my "fat" allowance. I probably just did wayyy to much of it. I'm certainly not going back to my previous way of eating! My favorite snack right now? Spinach with Bolthouse Ranch Dressing. It's like candy to me. Past me? HAHAHA I knew what spinach was.. but wouldn't touch it. Now, I can eat that stuff every day for every meal if I could!
Thanks for that article. I really had no idea. I listened to my Mom who "knows" deli cheese is good. It really shed some light for me. How do you know what is "real cheese" then? I'm still confused on that.
There is no away I'm giving up this 32/33lb weight loss. My old habits are dead! One thing I finally broke? Diet soda. No cravings, no urges, no desire. It's like you said, a new me and I'm SO HAPPY! Still have a long way to go but hopefully 2 more rounds will cover that!
Itsybitsy, unfortunately I need to do the housework, its my income
Maybe it was just the combination of what I pigged out on and the housework with not enough water.
