I am going to be away from home for about 10 days. I am planning to take some melba and wasa and am not worried about getting in my fluids and such. I am kind of freaked out about eating. I am allergic to apples so have been eating strawberries. I can take fresh or frozen ones in the car. I can also take raw spinach. What do you do when you're on the road? I will have access to cook a few days but not every day. I'm really worried about this and would appreciate any tips. Thanks!

eta - I am in phase 2until I get home and then will start phase 3.
Will you be able to use a cooler or refrigerator? If not, have you been on P2 long enough to transition to P3 for the trip? It's much easier to eat P3 on the road if you eat out.

When I stayed in a hotel with a microwave and fridge, I brought my pre-measured, individually wrapped meat in a cooler and cooked it as I needed it. I bought fresh items at the grocery store.
