I would be interested in personal opinions on this matter. I'm 53 and just starting menopause....It has probably been about four or five months since a period.
IF it's true that a woman with LESS than a year of no periods does worse and has a higher rate of relapse....I may want to think about quitting and starting again
after I have gone a year without one.
