I guess I will have to figure out something else for those times that I want something quick and sweet to eat. I wish I had as much control normally that I have while on HCG. If I did though, I wouldn't be where I am. I wish there was something like the HCG that could be taken all the time that would kill my appetite yet not have side effects that tend to come along with appetite suppressants.
