I am/was on the other side as I went as far as signed up for all the classes and did my psyc profile for WLS and yes you are mentally fed up and feel there is no other option but a guy my hubby ran into had lost a lot doing HCG and my hubby suggested I give it a try before the surgery. So I guess for me after researching it and hearing that someone tried it and it worked for them I decided the $28 for pellets wouldn't be so bad and if it doesn't work I'm not really out that much.

I think for me the thought of 500 cal a day was terrifing but being so overweight is also scary and unless they try it for themselves they won't think they can survive on 500 cal a day. I'm struggling mentally now because I binge eat - so it's mental for me more than hunger - so I'm hoping this works because I really don't want to surgically lose part of my stomach for ever.

But maybe seeing your results they may just give it a try - really what do they have to lose except pushing the surgery date back a bit - and if it doesn't work well then they know
