Default No Weight loss in week 1??? on R2 Please help.
Hi everyone,

I have a question. I started round two on friday last week and I am on VLCD 5 today. I gained 4.2 pounds loading. I lost 4.2 pounds I gained from loading on VLCD 2 and VLCD 3 but now I have been on the same weight since then. I am a little bit frustrated. Does it mean I won't be able to lose weight this round? I know I have to stay on for at least 23 days, so I am stayig on for 18 more days and returning to P3. I haven't done enything different from my last round. ate the same foods, I eat an egg every morning and it never affected me. Today I am skipping egg and one fruit to see if it makes a difference. I eat steak, chicken, fish and crab meat. I also vary things with jay robb shake. all these things I ate on P3 and P4 as well as P2. Getting 500 calories. Ate melba all last round, skipped on day4 it didn't make a difference. No issues with it in the past. What do you suggest. Do I increase calories and stay on P2 until my 23 days are up. Should I start skipping fruit? I am eatingeither apples, grapefruit or strawberries. Am I immune? I waited a little over 6 weeks before returning. I am not hungry anymore, just not losing. inches only 0.5 loss on hips. Nothing else. What do you suggest? thanks so much for your help.
