This is VLCD 2 and i feel like my muscles have been working out for 24 hours!! They are soo weak and i can barley move! I also had a headache all day yesterday and sincce i woke up this morning! Any one have any tips? will this last a long time? Please help!! I almost want to quit, but im NOT a quitter!!
