That's it Jonathan, you've convinced me. I was just sitting here trying to decide whether to go get back in bed and sleep for a couple more hours. I was out late last night and up very early this morning and my scale was up .5 and my water percentage was higher than I've ever seen it. It is a lazy cool morning here with a nice breeze so I'm going back to sleep to lose more weight. I want to lose 2 lbs in 2 hours 2. LOL, just woke up---- half asleep, half pound gone.
