Good morning everybody.
This is my first post and I'd like so say hi!

What I would like to know is if there are countries in Europe where you can race a Rally with out driver licence, let the co-driver drive the car out of the special stages. It seems to me to remember that Andreas Mikkelsen did something similar when he start his carreer.
Does someone have some sure information or can tell me where to search? How does in your country work? Here in Italy you can not do something similar, but we have a great guy 16 years old very fast in some circuit rally and we would like to let him race in a real rally.
