I totally agree with you mikaela. I don't make my diet too difficult for me because I am busy and have other things to worry about like my work. I make my diet very personal by doing what my body can take and listening to what my body needs. I have been very happy with my weight for more than a year and I just avoid what is unhealthy. I skip sugar, avoid fatty foods, choosing good carbs, controlling my calorie intake, and exercising. I have never been fitter!
