Default Exercise for Men: The 300 Workout
We've all seen the movie 300 and did you ever wonder who those guys got their 6 pack abs and macho bodies? Well, here's how they did it.

The actors and stuntmen was whipped into shape for 8-12 weeks. The 300 Workout means 300 repetitions and this was how it was broken down:

25 pull-ups

50 deadlifts at 135 pounds

50 push-ups

50 box jumps with a 24-inch box

50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)

50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise)

25 more pull-ups

What's more, there are no rest between these movements. For the actors and stuntmen, they were required 90 mins - 2hrs a day, 5 days a week of training plus fight training.


This workout is obviously too intense and not everybody can do this. At least we know it works right?
