Sasa is right Kathy. As long as you give yourself enough exercise, you have nothing to fear. Aside from nutrition deficiency diseases or illness. You're a woman with nutrition needs so you should not go lower than the suggested daily calorie intake. Just keep a balanced diet and exercise more often and you will maintain a healthy and fit body
