Dancing is my personal form of exercise. It doesn't make me feel tired and bored at all. It keeps me happy and fit at the same time. When I try too hard to follow a weight loss program and diet, it makes me want to do the opposite
. I don't know why but I think that it's just so uptight and it's not making me happyat all. I choose to make a program of my own and that is eating small but frequent doses, exercise by dancing, and drinking lots and lots of water
. I feel better about myself and I stay fit.
