You are correct. I couldn't agree with you more on that statement Aaronmac. Actually some people are discouraged to exercise because it is very strenuous but I should say that finding your personal form of exercise will help you stay fit. For others they join sports like basketball, swimming, and tennis. Some also choose to dance their pounds away . Finding your own loved form of exercise will make you engage to it more often because you enjoy doing it. Aerobics is also nice, as well as belly dancing, and taebo. Enrolling in martial arts is also enjoyable and will keep you just as fit as going to the gym
