Default Backs of the legs (upper)
Hi all

I REALLY need to concentrate on the upper backs of my legs, also bum work!
How do I get these bikini fit at home? I detest exercise, and the gym, but will push myself to work out at home. I am trying to lose 2 stone and tone up

I have a timescale of 4 months
