Be very careful with lifting heavy weights if you want to grow taller. The way your bones grow is with cartilage growth plates on the ends of your bones. For example, the bone in your thigh has a cap on the end by your knee that is cartilage. The end of the cap that is closest to your knee is growing further from your knee and the end of the cap that is closest to your hip is turning into bone making you taller. If you lift heavy weights or do a lot of high impact exercises that growth plate will turn to solid bone to adapt to the strain it is under. That is why female gymnasts who do a lot of hard landings rarely crack 5 feet! Be careful and patient and everything will be fine. Good luck!
