I am a 15 years old, 5'3'', and 140 lbs. I am on the alpine ski team at my school this year and I am one of the worst. I am always the last one to finish running laps, sprints, hills, etc. I am really weak. I really want to make captain next year. I want to get faster, stronger, lose a few pant sizes, tone up, and do well on the slopes. Somebody please help me come up with a fitness/diet plan. Please help me.
