That's true. I hope this news would be enough to convince meat lovers to reduce their meat intake. But I was just thinking, maybe if you eat lean meat, the risk won't be that high. Red meats are high in fat so if you remove the fat and cook it in such a way that the fats will be reduced, maybe it won't be as risky.
