Hi aiyana. You can start by changing what you eat. If possible, avoid eating processed foods, junk foods, fast foods, and other high fat foods. Also, if possible, don't fry your foods, instead, try grilling, baking, boiling, roasting or broiling. Cut down on eating sweets and drinking sodas. If you drink alcohol, you need to cut down on that as well.
