I agree with viktoria. You need to start eating more fruits and vegetables. Avoid bad carbs such as white rice, white bread, pasta made of refined flour, etc. Instead, eat whole grain rice and whole wheat bread and pasta. Also, drinks lots of water (6-8 glasses a day) and have a regular exercise (30 minutes a day, at least 4x a week).
