Good tips viktoria, kathy.. Aiyana, before you start dieting, I would suggest you calculate your BMR first. In case you don't know how, here's the
calculator
I posted previously on other threads. After you know your BMR, you can start your diet by reducing at least 500 calories from it. I would suggest that you take it slowly though. Try reducing 200 calories first and reduce the 300 calories after 2 weeks.
