Which one do you prefer? I have tasted both but I love green tea more because it has more anti-oxidants. Although I have to say that also I love black tea's distinct flavor. It has more caffeine and has a chocolaty flavor , but this is also the reason why I love green tea more. Too much caffeine is not good for the skin and our health. In some occasion though it's great to have black tea but I don't like drinking them everyday . Another reason why I love green tea more than black is that it does not stain my teeth as. I notice a little discoloration on my teeth when I consume more black tea.
