I am just so happy to hear that chocolate milks are great for women's fitness . I jsut love chocolate so much and as long as I can eat and drink them and still stay healthy, there is no reason for me to eat junk foods! I love bagels with low fat cottage cheese as well. Losing weight and staying healthy is not so bad at all!
