healthy for me is a balanced diet.
its fine to eat salads, but i would recommend eating some meat as well(unless you are a vegi), eat eggs and fish. plenty of fruit and vegetables. drink plenty of water.
eat regularly, try not to skip meals.
don't eat too much of one thing. and get plenty of exercise.
maybe try eating smaller portions more often.
bananas and pasta are good foods to bulk up.
