Only time and puberty can make you grow. After that, you're done.
No salads only aren't healthy. You need 3 balanced meals and fruit juice isnt healthy at all, it's pure sugar.
If you're thinking muscle wise? you need lots of protein to develop your muscles and more calories than a few salads.
Don't you have a health class to help you?
