here are some food suggestions of things to eat while on a diet:
tofu (it looks interesting but it is good and you can add it to almost anything including your salad)
peanut butter and celeray (peanut butter the good kind of fat)
nonfat cottage cheese and pineapple
fruits and vegetables
soy meal starter product instead of meat (it comes in flavors of meat such sa ground beef and chicken)
