These are great information befit! I'm sure that many of our members and visitors are happy to read about this. I believe that almonds, berries, dairy products, whole wheat cereals, and oatmeal are great for the body. I was watching the Lifestyle channel and one nutritionist said in the Rachel Ray (I'm sure some of us here knows who she is) show that if we eat any of almond, avocado, and berries everyday we can lose 3 pounds in a month without dieting or exercise!
