I just had avocado shake and I really enjoyed it. As sasa suggested here, I added a lot of ice on the shake and still use the same amount of sugar, milk, and avocado. I made a cup and a half with just about 140 calories! It was refreshing, satisfying, and very healthy. Definitely no guilt
