Losing 2 pounds in 5 days is really possible if you only eat fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, and exercise regularly. Do you weigh 57 lbs or maybe you mean 57 kgs? If lbs that's only about 26 kgs and I don't you have nothing to worry. Weighing 57kgs though maybe an issue for a 15 year old lady. Exercise everyday and avoid sweets and preservatives and you'll be okay.
