Thanks for the very informative post diemaz. I like reading them. You are totally right about eating meals that we should have at least three so we don't get too hungry. I am observing a 5 meal diet but I don't eat full meals. My body cannot take that
. I only consume less than half of a meal every time I eat. By doing this I avoid getting too hungry and I also don't crave for more food
