Yeah this post clears all the diet myths. I am not really avoiding carbo, but I just make sure that I eat good carbo like wheat bread and whole grain pasta. I do count my calorie intake and I make sure to not go beyond my limit. It manages to keep me fit, although I should day that the temptation is not that easy to ignore lol.
